Evan Aluise
Owner & Founder
Evan Aluise is the owner and founder of C.H. Nest, headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina. He started with the simple mission to combine craftsmanship and technology to simplify home projects and elevate the homeowner experience.
Before founding C.H. Nest, Evan served as Chief Engineer at AmplifiedAg, Inc., where he led innovations in controlled-environment agriculture and hydroponic farming systems. Earlier in his career, he served in the U.S. Navy as Docking Officer at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and as an instructor at the Navy’s Nuclear Power School, where he was recognized as Instructor of the Year in 2011.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and an MBA from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business.
Evan lives in Huger, South Carolina, with his wife Ashley and their children. Together, they founded C.H. Nest as a reflection of their shared belief that every home deserves craftsmanship, honesty, and care that stand the test of time.
